Used for easing pain and discomfort associated with painful menstruation (dysmenorrhea).
 

● For external use only. 

● Check skin periodically while in use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

● Avoid adhering against the skin since adhesive surface tends to turn warmer and may increase risk of burn.

● Do not attempt to reuse, reheat or microwave. 

● Consult with Physician: before using on someone with Diabetes, poor circulation, Rheumatoid Arthritis, or during pregnancy.

● In case of ingestion, immediately rinse mouth with water. Do not induce vomiting, immediately call a Poison Control Center (contains Iron Particles). 

Do not use: 

● on damaged or irritated skin

● with other forms of heat

● with medicated lotions, creams, gels, or ointments

● on areas of the body where heat cannot be felt

● if heat patch is damaged, torn, or leaking contents 

● on those unable to remove patch: infants, young children, handicapped, and some elderly

• Open sealed package when ready to use. Once the pouch is open, air will activate the patch and will take 20-30 minutes to reach the maximum heat. No need to shake or knead. 

• Remove paper to reveal the adhesive side. Adhere firmly against underwear. Avoid adhering against the skin since adhesive surface tends to turn warmer and may increase the risk of burns.

• Wear up to 8 hours. Do not wear for more than 12 hours in a 24-hour period. 

• Remove immediately if the patch feels too hot or if skin feels irritated. 

• Avoid folds or wrinkles to the patch to reduce risk of skin burns.
