What is the refund policy?If you are for any reason unsatisfied with the quality or accuracy of your order, please contact us here to report the problem. We are happy to replace products with the same (if possible) or a similar product if the wrong item is delivered or if the product arrives in substandard condition. However, in order to qualify for a replacement, the following conditions must be met: For returns, replacement requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. For product refunds, replacements, or store credit, we require a photo of the damaged product taken and emailed to us here. Product must be in the original boxes and all dressings must be unopened and in their original sterile pouches/envelopes. For products that are delivered late (due to an incorrect address or a recipient not being present to receive the package), we cannot provide a refund. How much does shipping cost?We provide Free USPS Priority Mail On All Orders Over $100.
What is the minimum order?The miniumum order is one box.
How could I purchase Areza Medical products internationally?International purchase is available. Areza Medical uses DHL as the courier, which are paid for by the buyer. Clearance with customs of the purchasing country must be arranged by the buyer. Areza Medical will provide the necessary documentation to facilitate customs clearance, however, Areza Medical is not responsible for any damages and/or if the purchased items are rejected by customs of the purchasing country.
